Our Client, a major global company and provincial leader with numerous business locations in Ontario and Quebec, has mandated us to recruit their Branch Manager in the city of Carp in Ontario.

Reporting to the Vice-President Operations, the Branch Manager is responsible for achieving all business objectives.

Responsabilités spécifiques

  • Ensure profitability of the store’s operations,
  • Ensure constant growth in sales for all departments,
  • Draft annually a business plan for each department and ensure its constant monitoring throughout the year,
  • Manage the store budget, so as to meet the established financial goals and offer an action plan for situations needing an adjustment,
  • Ensure the maintenance of business processes established by the company,
  • Ensure healthy management regarding human capital by supporting, when necessary, department managers in managing human resources, all while creating a harmonious environment,
  • Represent the company to existing and future clients (major accounts), so as to ensure optimal client services and manage issues with the clientele, if necessary,
  • Represent the company, in order to maintain healthy business relationships,
  • Schedule meetings with the management team, in order to review business goals and inform them of the various innovations and changes of the store and company,
  • Supervise their team of managers, make sure they are trained, ensure performance assessments and is in charge of hiring high-quality personnel,
  • At all times, comply with the standards and policies regarding health and safety in the workplace.

Fonctionnal in French, you have more than 5 years' experience in an operations and sales management position. You stand out for your expertise in team management. You have excellent business development skills, and you're a mobilizer. You are recognized for your planning skills and thoroughness.
